Simpler Kitchens Affiliate Programme Terms.

Thank you for your interest in working with Simpler Kitchens via our affiliate partner programme. We believe this is an excellent way for you to add an additional revenue stream to your business activities with the benefit of being able to lean on our industry knowledge where needed.  

Our direct to factory pricing allows you to offer your customers a high end product at a price they would expect from a mid-level supplier.

By registering with us and agreeing with our terms and conditions you will benefit from the following:

Additional Services offered

On every job we will work with you or your customer on finalising a layout and design they love, this service is included for free. We are also available to arrange a site visit and measure up jobs for a fee but
find the majority of our affiliates do this when they are on site. We can provide a kitchen as a supply only package or arrange fitting for a fee. All kitchens are delivered to site for you free of charge to suit your schedule, shirt lead times available. We are also able to supply worktops, appliances and other accessories where required.

Affiliate Remuneration Structure.

You are entitled to a 5% take of the gross kitchen value less fitting and VAT. This would mean on a £10,000 kitchen less the vat of £1,666.67 you would get a 5% share of the £8333.33 Income which would be £416.67.  

Upsell Bonus Structure

We will always provide you with a base price for our kitchens. This price will be extremely competitive and generally there is room for you to add margin to this base price to generate additional revenue. Where
you upsell a job over and above the base price we quoted to you we will give you an additional 25% of this upsell amount net. This means if you upsell the £10,000 kitchen mentioned above to £11,800 you will receive an additional bonus of £450 on this job taking your total commission to £866.67.

Commission exclusions

We are unable to pay commission to you on certain fittings and appliances as they don’t carry sufficient margins so any commissions paid will be less these amounts. You will be made aware of any such exclusions at the job pricing stage.  

Customer Payment Terms 

Once a design has been agreed and a quote accepted all customers will be invoiced directly by Simpler Kitchens with a 20% non-refundable deposit payable on order acceptance, 30% is then due when
production of kitchen and accessories commences with the balance due the day before the kitchen is due to be delivered to the customer. No exceptions are available here.  

Where you are supplying a kitchen as part of a larger construction project as the principle contractor we will invoice you directly as the customer with the above payment structure still being in place.  

Affiliate Payment Terms  

All jobs must be signed off by your customer via our customer satisfaction document. On receipt of this document, we will forward your applicable commission within 48 hours provided there are no payments due for that job. This amount will be paid to a bank account in your name with you remaining liable for the relevant income taxes. 

Marketing and PPC Campaigns 

You are welcome to run your own paid marketing of which you will be responsible for all costs. Stock banners and artwork can be supplied by us but any artwork you wish to design and use yourself must be approved and signed off by a Simpler Kitchens team member before launch.  

Sales Territory

As we are in the early stages of our affiliate programme all sales territories are ungated and you are free to market to any area of the UK.

Liability 

We offer a full 24-month warranty on all cabinets, door, legs, and hinges supplied by Simpler Kitchens. Appliance, Tap and all third-party accessory warranties are directly with the relevant manufacturer.

Where our fitting team has not been used we will treat the order as supply only and we will not warranty any issues that arise from improper fitting. Where you have provided dimensions of a room to us you are responsible for any issue that arise from incorrect measurements  

Customer satisfaction sign off.

On completion of the works Simpler Kitchens will require your customer to complete our own customer satisfaction document. This will assign the warranty to them and give them an opportunity to resolve any minor issues with us. Once completed we will release your commission payment within 48 hours by bank transfer.
